Tips for Answering Interview Questions

Assalamualaikum

memang 'no harm' of trying
tapi a.k.u ada prinsip a.k.u sendiri
jika 'benar' a.k.u layak....kena mesti nak hadapi semua ni balik?
tetapi...
bila perkara ni di usul
jawapan yang di terima tetap tidak "It's fair for everyone to do the same procedures including you"
huh..perlukah??
procedures are set by a human
and it can be 'demolished' by human too...

bak kata pepatah..
a.k.u bukan hanya bercakap bagi pihak diri a.k.u sendiri ye
kang kata a.k.u berlagak lah bagai kan....
tapi ni kenyataan..
banyak je officers kat opis a.k.u ni berhenti sebab....dia dah cuba macam-macam cara..but tetap tak dapat naik pangkat.....malah dikatakan tidak performed lagi...
**sakit pulak hati kite kan**
dah tengok macam-macam situasi.....
memang kesian tengok dia orang...buat cam ne punya baik pun....tetap tidak di pandang...apakah??

buatnya a.k.u dah semangat nak try
amik ko......tidak berjaya...
pastu a.k.u still stay kat sini..mengadap muka ko hari-hari

adoiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii
think positive ..think positive... (orang kata)

tak payah positif sangatlah kalau benda senang jadi susah....
please lah.....internal candidates and external candidates are two different entities

as I said earlier...JIKA BENAR LAYAK....JUST PROMOTED...kalau tak layak...DIAM je...

but still...a.k.u kena ngadap benda nih..huwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Tips for Answering Interview Questions

  • Research the Job and the Company. Take the time to research the company and the position you are interviewing for in advance. The more you know, the better equipped you'll be to respond to interview questions.
  • Practice Makes Perfect. The more practice you have at interviewing, the more comfortable you'll be during a job interview. Practice (ask a friend of family member to help) answering common interview questionsto get an idea of how to respond.
  • Know the Facts. This sounds like a no-brainer, but I've interviewed candidates who couldn't remember when they worked where. Be sure you know your work history, and bring an extra copy of your resume to refer to if you're nervous and need a reminder.
  • Try to Stay Calm. Interviewing can be nerve wracking whether it's your first interview or you have interviewed many times in the past. Give yourself plenty of time to get to the interview, take a deep breath before you go into the interview, and do your best to stay calm.
  • Take Your Time. Don't rush to get out a response to an interview question. Briefly think about your response before you answer. Taking the time to compose your thoughts so you can respond effectively is better than jumping the gun and saying something you wish you hadn't after the fact.
  • Give Examples. When you respond to interview questions give examples of how you handled related situations. The more specific you are, the more the hiring manager will see that you have the skills to do the job. Here's more on behavioral interviews and how to respond to behavioral interview questions.
  • Share Your Accomplishments. Don't be shy about what you have accomplished in your career. Share examples of your accomplishments that are related to the job you are interviewing for to reinforce the fact that you're capable and qualified.
  • Make a Match. As you answer interview questions, try to stay focused on the job and how you are a fit for it. Do your best to match your abilities to the job description when responding.
  • Don't Ramble. Your response to interview questions should be direct and to the point. Don't ramble and get off topic.
  • Ask for Clarification. Not sure what the interviewer is asking? It's fine to ask for clarification if you're not sure what is being asked.
  • Be Direct. When you're asked about why you left (or are leaving your job) try to keep it positive. Be direct and focus your interview answer on the future, especially if your leaving wasn't under the best of circumstances.
  • Keep it Professional. Your responses should be focused on your professional skills and abilities. There is no need to tell the interviewer all about your personal life, your interests, your family, or your hobbies. Most importantly, don't bring up any work-related issues you might have like having to arrange child care or transportation if you get the job.
  • Have Questions Ready to Ask. The last question you'll probably be is asked during a job interview is whether you have questions. Be prepared and have a list of questionsready to ask the interviewer.
  • Take Advantage of One More Chance to Answer. Don't forget to thank the interviewer and to take the time to follow up with a personal thank you note. If there are any questions you wish you had answered differently or more thoroughly, use your thank you letter to explain.

Be Good at Group Discussion

Assalamualaikum

14 tahun dulu.....
a.k.u pernah rasa nervous macam ni
14 tahun dulu
a.k.u mungkin boleh hadapi

tapi bila dah 14 tahun kemudian
korang rasa??

huwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
"Tuhan tolongggg lembutkan hati dia......"

Prepare yourself. If you don't know your material ahead of time, you will have less to contribute and will understand the discussion less. Research some background information on your topic if you are given it ahead of time.

Be confident: If you aren't confident with yourself, you'll be scared of sharing your opinions. You need to trust yourself and others and you need to feel confident in your thoughts. Share your opinions- it doesn't matter what other people think.

Form a debate: Group discussion is weighing the pros and cons of a debatable topic, e.g., should prostitutes be taxed? Some will say no, they have unprotected sex and spread AIDS around, but people who know prostitutes will object or live in a building that has one. But they have a living besides prostitution. The group discussions are mostly a way to see if how people's views are different, and how they perceive things. It's also comparing answers to others.

4  Conquer misunderstandings: Even though you are mainly talking, and announcing whatever comes to your to debate over; it doesn't stop from heated words spilling. So take in all in stride and try to form a question about why such an argument bursts out from something misunderstood. Try to make sure that their anger simmered down, and make a light-humored topic to stay. Compare comedy to the comedy back then, with all the custard pies thrown, and chases, it's a good way to diminish the tense atmosphere.

5  Find balance: It's important to have those small 'no' or shake of the heads, it's better not to find a topic you all agree on. This allows your view to be heard, and thought upon. There has to be flaws, obviously, or else it wouldn't be a good debate. That is probably the main problem, where the topic is perfect to discuss about. Instead of finding the boring, flawless debate, find one that you never heard of. It'll be enough to research, and enjoy. It also might be something educational, not the regular question from teachers if school uniforms should be allowed, or not allowed kind-of-thing.

6   Decision: There is always something different for group discussions. Ranging arithmetic, charities, healthy eating, politics, sports, and virtue or value in today's products. Mainly, you got to wonder if that topic is worth talking about, for politics, it varies; there is the government, and what they control. It's challenging, but group discussion is an opening to your lives. An introduction for you to get to know each other. Good luck in starting it...

Tips

  •  Never laugh at anyone's opinion
  • Be sure of what you say.
  • Listen! Do not try to formulate your next comment while someone is still presenting his input. Listen with an open mind.
  • Use facts to support your opinions.
  • If you are having trouble thinking of things to add to the discussion, think of the 5 W's and How: who are you discussing? What is important about the topic? Where did the topic originate or take place? When did the event occur? Why is this topic important to society? How can things be improved?
  • If people agree with you it's good if not do not force them but politely tell them to think over your opinion too.
  • If there are disagreements to your thought, don't object, only interject when they misplaced or misheard anything.
  • Do NOT interrupt. Wait for others to finish
  • Stay impartial if you are leading the discussion.
