Please be alert of Public Toilet near to Bandaraya STAR LRT station and Pertama Kompleks. Recently on Friday last week, there was a lady from CIMB Bank, after work she carries her handbag and Laptop went to the public Ladies Toilet near to Bandaraya STAR LRT Station. There is a guy using chloroform and make her go unconscious by using handkerchief and close her nose. Later after one hour she wake up and realize that her handbag and laptop was stolen and she has been raped.

She was bleeding heavily in virginity and complete naked. She screamed for help and few people help her and send to hospital. Now she is in GH Hospital under ICU Coma stage.

This incident just happens last week Friday on 8 July. Please be extra careful and do not use any public toilets around this area.

KUALA LUMPUR: A self-employed man was charged in the Sessions Court here with robbing and raping two women in public toilets this month.


Endry Roni Afandi, 27, kept his head bowed throughout the proceedings yesterday.

When his case was over, he looked at his family members who were seated in the public gallery. He shook his head repeatedly at them while being handcuffed by police to be taken to the court lock-up.

In the first case, Endry is accused of robbing an executive using a knife in a public toilet under the Bandaraya LRT station between 5.15pm and 5.30pm on July 8.

He faces a second charge of raping the 32-year-old executive by putting her in fear of death or injury at the same place.

In the second case, Endry is accused of robbing a clerk with a knife in the public toilet of a petrol station in Danau Kota, Setapak, between 2pm and 5pm on July 10.

He is also alleged to have raped the 24-year-old clerk by putting her in fear of death or injury there.

If convicted, Endry could be jailed up to 14 years and fined or whipped for each robbery charge, and 20 years and be whipped for each rape charge.

DPP Ain-Nur’ Amiyerra Awod Abdullah said the prosecution did not offer any bail considering the nature of the offences.

Pleading for bail yesterday, Endry’s lawyer Rusnan Hassan asked the court to consider that his client had no criminal record and had co-operated with police throughout the investigations.

He said the accused’s family members were present to be his bailor.

Judge Emelia Kaswati Mohamad Khalid set bail at RM10,000 for each of the four charges, and ordered that the bailor for each case should be a different person.

She ordered Endry to report to the nearest police station each Monday and prohibited him from approaching the victims.

“If you disobey the bail conditions, the court will cancel your bail,” she said.

Emelia Kaswati set two days from Oct 10 to hear the trial involving the executive and two days from Oct 24 to hear the case involving the clerk.
