Alieyah's Taekwando Exam

Dear parents,

Hooreeeeyyyyy!!!  We are pleased to inform you that our taekwondo students are ready for their first ever exam (urgrade from white belt to yellow-one belt). With that, we would like you to fill-up the form (refer to the attachment) and proceed with the payment for grading fees (RM60 - for cert & new yellow belt) at Level 4 Main Office or via Maybank2U ( Acc no: ***********) before 12th July 2012.

Below are the details:

Date: 19th July 2012 (Thursday)

Time: 5-6pm

Venue: Multi Purpose Hall, Level 3.

All taekwando's parents are invited to join and support the children.
